The 5 Rhythms® and me

I have been an apprentice to Gabrielle Roth for 20 years and trained with her to teach the 5 rhythms in 2001,in 2007 I took further advanced study and training to teach the ‘heartbeat’ map of the 5 Rhythms. Since then I have travelled to different parts of the Globe and London’s suburbs taking the dance to a wide audience of disadvantaged communities.

My style and approach is that of an artist/healer focusing on marginalized groups who would not have easy access to this dance practice. This includes working with addiction recovery programs in a Harley Street clinic, to prison, youth at risk and children in deprived neighbourhoods. The 5- Rhythms expressive movement continually inspires me as a tool that offers a therapeutic release to those engaged in the creative process, transforming our emotional wounds into moving Art.
