Emma's weekly classes are open to newcomers and experienced 5 Rhythms Dancers alike. If you haven't tried it before come along and find out what it's all about. All you need are some comfy clothes, and soft shoes if you don't want to go barefoot. These are drop in classes so no need to book just turn up, please bring water to drink.
