Glorious-closed monthly group for Women

Due to the success of Glorious 5 Rhythms heartbeat workshop for Women a request for a closed group was asked for me to teach. So here it is, once a month for 4 months we will meet on a Friday night here in the deep suburb of SE London to rock it out as Women!

The support we gain from each other is strong and tender, seeing each others dance, the heart opening and closing, breaking, shattering and re-emerging discovering new depths as the soul bursts through the ego. We get to dance our passion, our vulnerability, get down and real with ourselves and each other.

Each module will explore the heart's language, its shadow, the fear, the arrogance, sorrow, it's joy, and glimpse into the arms of compassion.

Please note:

You will be asked to commit to all four modules, a prerequisit of at least 10hrs waves of 5 Rhythms dance to study this level of heartbeat work.
